Slimby is Backlight’s ultra-thin, lightweight, and essential LED panel, engineered to deliver uniform,

reliable, and cost-effective backlighting. It’s the ideal solution when installation space is limited and budget efficiency is key, without compromising the premium light quality that defines all Backlight

products.

Available with or without pre-drilled mounting holes, Slimby is designed for direct surface

installation. It is intended exclusively for backlighting diffusive materials such as onyx, alabaster, and any surface diffusive enough to visually conceal the panel’s fixing points.

Slimby comes in two versions:

SLIMBY CLEAR: transparent panel, ideal for use behind highly diffusive front materials.

SLIMBY DIFFUSED: integrated diffusion panel, providing a softer and more even light, perfect with slightly less diffusive surfaces.
